Fleet Manager

Fixed Labs is looking for a Fleet Manager to support logistics operators with the daily coordination needed to keep vehicles available, compliant, and properly documented. This role is for someone who can manage maintenance schedules, repairs, rentals, accident follow-up, fuel tracking, and compliance without letting small details become operational problems.

What you will do

  • Maintain fleet calendars for preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, rentals, and vehicle availability.
  • Coordinate repair status, vendor follow-up, rental replacements, vehicle swaps, and return-to-service updates.
  • Track accidents, incident documentation, photos, insurance details, claims follow-up, and corrective actions.
  • Monitor fuel usage, fuel cards, mileage, vehicle assignments, maintenance costs, and recurring fleet reports.
  • Keep vehicle records organized for compliance, registration, insurance, inspection, and client reporting requirements.
  • Communicate with managers, dispatch, drivers, and vendors when fleet issues affect route coverage or operations.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in fleet coordination, logistics administration, dispatch support, transportation operations, or vehicle maintenance coordination.
  • Strong organizational habits for schedules, documents, vendors, incident records, and recurring reports.
  • Clear spoken and written English for updates with client teams, vendors, and operators.
  • Comfort using spreadsheets, fleet records, shared drives, calendars, and communication tools.
  • Ability to triage urgent vehicle issues while still maintaining accurate long-term records.
  • Experience with delivery, last-mile logistics, Amazon DSP operations, or field-service fleets is a plus.

Job conditions

  • Remote (Latin America-based).
  • Compensation: salary paid in USD.
  • English level: advanced.
  • Full-time, Contractor.
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Work hours require reliable overlap with U.S. business hours.
