Payment processing is handled entirely by our payment processor. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank account information, or other sensitive financial data.

We use artificial intelligence tools to assist in analyzing the information you share during your discovery call and to help generate your assessment report. This processing is conducted by our AI service providers on our behalf.

All AI-generated content is reviewed by a member of our team before delivery to you. We do not make fully automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you without human review.

We may also disclose your information when required by law, court order, or valid legal process; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fixed Labs AI, our clients, or the public; in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you; or with your explicit consent for any other purpose.

Fixed Labs AI does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we do not share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Fixed Labs AI is based in the United States. If you are accessing our services from the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not have data protection laws equivalent to those in your home jurisdiction.

Client contact and business information is generally retained for 3 years from the last service interaction for business records and legal compliance. Discovery call recordings are retained for 90 days after report delivery and then deleted. Discovery call transcripts are retained for 3 years after report delivery for business records and potential dispute resolution. Assessment reports are retained for 3 years after delivery for business records. Payment records are retained for 7 years for tax and financial legal requirements. Marketing consent records are retained for 3 years after consent is withdrawn. Website analytics data is retained for 26 months in anonymized form.

After applicable retention periods, we securely delete or anonymize your personal information.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate our website, analyze site traffic, and improve your experience. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit our site.

Fixed Labs AI implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission, access controls, and contractual security requirements for service providers.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you of any security breach affecting your personal information as required by applicable law.

Our services are directed exclusively to business owners and operators aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
