This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, what our guarantee means, and how to submit a refund request.
Our commitment
Fixed Labs AI is committed to delivering a high-quality, custom AI Assessment that provides real value to your business. This policy explains clearly when refunds are available, what our guarantee means, and how to submit a request.
1. The assessment fee
The AI Tools Assessment fee is $999.00 USD, charged as a one-time payment at the time of booking. Because the Assessment is a fully custom deliverable built specifically for your business, requiring a discovery call, AI-assisted analysis, and human review, our refund policy reflects the nature of that work.
2. When you are entitled to a full refund
Cancellation before your discovery call: you may cancel and receive a full refund if you notify us in writing at least 24 hours before your scheduled discovery call. To cancel, email accounting@fixedlabs.ai with your name, company name, and scheduled call date and time. No reason is required.
Report not delivered within 48 hours: if we do not deliver your assessment report within 48 hours of your completed discovery call, and you have not received advance notice of a delay from us, you may request a full refund. A completed call means a session of at least 30 minutes in which you meaningfully participated.
Material service failure: if a material failure on our part prevents us from delivering the Assessment and cannot be remedied within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.
3. When refunds are not available
After your report has been delivered, the service is complete. Refunds are not available after delivery, regardless of whether you implement the recommendations or achieve any specific outcome.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled discovery call are not eligible for a refund. At our discretion, we may offer a one-time rescheduling credit valid for 60 days.
If you do not attend your discovery call or do not provide sufficient information for us to complete your assessment, the fee is non-refundable. We will make one rescheduling attempt before the Assessment is considered forfeited.
General dissatisfaction with the AI tool recommendations in your report, where the report was delivered and the recommendations are appropriate to the information you provided, does not qualify for a refund. Our assessment identifies opportunities; results depend on your implementation, industry, and business conditions beyond our control.
4. What our guarantee means
Our website states: "Your team reclaims meaningful capacity — or we refund every dollar." This guarantee means that if Fixed Labs AI genuinely cannot identify any relevant AI tools or workflow improvements for your business following a completed discovery call, we will issue a full refund.
This guarantee does not mean that implementing our recommendations will guarantee specific hours saved or revenue recovered, that financial projections in your report are guaranteed outcomes, that third-party tools we recommend will perform as described in your specific environment, or that any specific result will be achieved within any specific timeframe.
Results shown in your report represent potential opportunities identified through our assessment methodology. Actual outcomes depend on your implementation, team, industry, and conditions outside our control.
5. Delayed delivery
If Fixed Labs AI notifies you of a delivery delay before the 48-hour window expires, delays up to 24 additional hours do not trigger a refund right and we will deliver within the extended period.
For delays of 25 to 72 hours, you may request a 20% partial credit or choose to wait for delivery. For delays exceeding 72 hours beyond the original deadline, you may request a full refund or choose a rescheduled delivery at no additional charge.
6. EU and UK consumer cancellation rights
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Rights Act.
By booking a discovery call and requesting that service begin immediately after payment, you expressly acknowledge that you request Fixed Labs AI begin performing the service immediately upon payment confirmation, once the service has been fully performed your right of withdrawal is lost, and if you exercise your withdrawal right before the service is complete you will be charged proportionally for services already rendered.
To exercise your EU or UK withdrawal right, send a clear written statement to accounting@fixedlabs.ai within 14 days of purchase. We will process your request within 14 days using your original payment method.
7. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your discovery call at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. To reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us at obaid@fixedlabs.ai. A second reschedule may be accommodated at our discretion.
8. How to request a refund
To submit a refund request, email accounting@fixedlabs.ai with the subject line "Refund Request — Your Company Name."
Include your full name, company name, purchase email address, date of purchase, date of discovery call if applicable, and the reason for your request. Submit within 7 calendar days of the qualifying event.
We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and issue a decision within 7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most concerns can be resolved quickly. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to respond with delivery documentation and to decline future service. Fraudulent chargebacks may be referred to appropriate legal channels.
