HR & Recruiting Specialist
Fixed Labs is hiring a remote HR & Recruiting Specialist to support client operations teams with the people systems that keep a station staffed, compliant, and organized. This role is a fit for someone who can recruit reliably, manage onboarding details, communicate clearly in English, and handle employee information with care.
What you will do
- Manage candidate pipeline activity, interview coordination, recruiting follow-up, and hiring documentation.
- Support onboarding workflows including background checks, training requirements, employee files, and access coordination.
- Coordinate new-hire training, ride-alongs, refresher courses, SOP updates, and safety meeting follow-up.
- Maintain employee records, disciplinary action documentation, compliance checklists, and offboarding files.
- Support driver engagement work such as recognition programs, surveys, feedback collection, birthdays, and team events.
- Prepare recurring HR, recruiting, training, and compliance updates for managers and client operators.
What we are looking for
- Experience in HR, recruiting, talent coordination, people operations, or administrative support for an operating team.
- Strong spoken and written English for candidate communication, client updates, and documentation.
- Comfort managing confidential employee information, background-check workflows, and structured records.
- Ability to keep recruiting, onboarding, training, and compliance tasks moving without losing details.
- Experience with logistics, delivery operations, field teams, or high-volume hourly recruiting is a plus.
- College education or equivalent professional training in HR, Business, Psychology, Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Job conditions
- Remote (Latin America-based).
- Compensation: salary paid in USD.
- English level: advanced.
- Full-time, Contractor.
- Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Work hours require reliable overlap with U.S. business hours.
