Software Engineer, P21 / Eclipse

Fixed Labs is looking for a LATAM-based, client-facing software engineer with strong English who can be deployed into our clients systems to help implement practical automation, integrations, reporting, and workflow improvements around Epicor Prophet 21 or Epicor Eclipse. Most clients are based in the United States, so this role requires clear communication, reliable overlap with US business hours, and the judgment to work inside real operating environments.

What you will do

  • Deploy into client ERP environments to support implementation work around Prophet 21, Eclipse, and adjacent operational systems.
  • Build and improve integrations, reports, data flows, automations, and internal tools that help clients run distribution workflows more efficiently.
  • Work directly with client operators, managers, and technical contacts to understand order flow, inventory, purchasing, pricing, customer, and reporting processes.
  • Translate messy operational requirements into clear technical plans, implementation steps, and shipped improvements.
  • Document what was changed, why it was changed, and how the client team should maintain or use the workflow after handoff.

What we are looking for

  • Certified in Epicor Prophet 21 or Epicor Eclipse, or able to show meaningful hands-on implementation or engineering experience with either platform.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with ERP systems in implementation, support, integrations, reporting, or workflow improvement roles.
  • Experience working with ERP data, APIs, SQL/databases, integrations, reporting, automation, or operational software systems.
  • Based in Latin America and able to work with US-based clients in strong spoken and written English.
  • Comfort working directly with US-based clients, including discovery calls, implementation updates, troubleshooting, and written follow-up.
  • Ability to work with enough US business-hours overlap to support client implementation work.
  • Clear written communication, strong ownership, and the ability to operate inside client systems with care and discretion.

  • Compensation: salary paid in USD.

  • Work hours: overlap with Eastern or Pacific U.S. time zones.
