Before you book

What happens on the discovery call?

A 30-minute conversation with a Fixed Labs partner. We ask how the work runs today, which systems it touches and what leadership wants from AI, then tell you what we would build first, or that AI is not the answer yet.

What should I prepare?

Nothing formal. It helps to know which recurring work costs your team the most hours and which systems it lives in. Bring the person who owns that process if you can.

Who is a good fit?

We work with established businesses doing $5M+ in revenue, with recurring back-office work and no in-house AI team. Most of our clients are accounting, tax and advisory firms, but the method works across operations-heavy businesses.
